Put parchment paper over a baking tray.

Chill marshmallows dipped in melted dark chocolate for about 10 minutes.

Cover the dark chocolate marshmallows with white chocolate.

Coat the wet chocolate truffles by rolling them in graham cracker bits.

Put back on the tray, and cool for at least 10 minutes in the fridge.
