01 -
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and slice the sausage thinly. Peel and clean the shrimp, leaving the tails on if you'd like.
02 -
In the same pan, use another tablespoon of olive oil to cook the broccoli until tender but with a bit of crunch, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and remove it from the heat when done.
03 -
Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Let the sausage slices cook until they're crisp and browned, about 5-7 minutes, then take them out.
04 -
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the shrimp, then cook them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side. They should turn pink and firm before you take them off the heat.
05 -
Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes, releasing its aroma and turning lightly golden.
06 -
Toss the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli back into the skillet, pour the garlic butter over everything, and toss so it all gets coated evenly.
07 -
Serve right away with some parsley sprinkled on top and a squeeze of fresh lemon if you'd like.
