Sausage Potato Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds small potatoes, cut into quarters
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into slices

→ Seasonings & Oil

04 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
05 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Garnish

08 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (205°C) and get a baking dish ready to use.
02 - Mix sausage slices, potato pieces, and onion chunks together in a large bowl.
03 - Drizzle on olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good mix so it's coated well.
04 - Pour into the baking dish and cook for 40-45 minutes. Stir about halfway through, and these should come out golden and soft.
