Set your oven to 350°F. Lay parchment paper on a baking pan, spreading crackers out evenly.

Heat butter in a pot until melted. Toss in sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir until it’s fully mixed. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes so it thickens.

Drizzle the caramel over the crackers so they’re all coated. Add a pinch of salt on top.

Put in the oven for 7-9 minutes. Don’t walk away—keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.

Let them cool down totally before breaking into clusters. Store in something airtight.
