Turn the oven on to heat at 400°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with a cooking spray that won’t stick.

In a bowl, combine chopped avocado, feta, dill, chives, lemon juice, along with a little salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and chill it in the fridge.

Dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and arrange them neatly in your baking dish. Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and dill in a small bowl. Spread this over the fish, then add paprika, salt, and pepper as you like.

Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart with a fork easily.

Dish out the baked salmon and scoop the avocado-feta topping over each piece right before serving.
