# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Salmon

01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets
02 - 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
03 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Salt, as needed
07 - Ground black pepper, as needed
08 - Paprika, as needed

09 - ½ lemon, juiced
10 - 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives
11 - 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
12 - ⅓ cup crumbled feta
13 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
14 - Season with salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Turn the oven on to heat at 400°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with a cooking spray that won’t stick.
02 - In a bowl, combine chopped avocado, feta, dill, chives, lemon juice, along with a little salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and chill it in the fridge.
03 - Dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and arrange them neatly in your baking dish. Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and dill in a small bowl. Spread this over the fish, then add paprika, salt, and pepper as you like.
04 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart with a fork easily.
05 - Dish out the baked salmon and scoop the avocado-feta topping over each piece right before serving.
