Toss together the flour, yeast, salt, garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Pour in the water and stir gently until it sticks together like dough.

Leave the dough covered for 18–24 hours. It'll get bubbly and rise.

On a floured spot, shape the dough into a circle. Set it into a pan dusted with cornmeal.

Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it double in size over two hours.

Bake at 450°F for 30–40 minutes until it’s beautifully golden.
