Thai Red Curry Soup (Printable Recipe Version)

A warm blend of chicken, rice noodles, creamy coconut curry, and fresh herbs.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Protein

01 - Chunks of chicken breast

→ Aromatics

02 - Red curry paste
03 - Chopped onion
04 - Finely grated ginger
05 - Chopped red peppers
06 - Crushed garlic

→ Liquids

07 - Coconut milk
08 - Chicken broth (low salt)
09 - Juice from fresh lime
10 - Fish sauce

→ Noodles & Seasonings

11 - Brown sugar
12 - Flat rice noodles

→ Fresh Herbs

13 - Freshly chopped cilantro
14 - Basil leaves
15 - Green onions, thinly sliced

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Sear pieces of chicken in hot oil and take them out when done.
02 - Softly cook red peppers, garlic, and onion together till they’re sweet and tender.
03 - Toss in ginger and curry paste. Pour in liquids, add chicken back, and let it all simmer for 10 minutes.
04 - Stir the noodles with sugar and fish sauce, cooking till softened.
05 - Mix in fresh herbs and squeeze plenty of lime juice.
