# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (mini or regular).
02 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
03 - 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces).
04 - 1/4 cup dipping pizza sauce.
05 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian blend.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor.
08 - Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes.
09 - Optional: Sprinkle of Parmesan.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Turn the air fryer on and let it heat for about 3 minutes at 375°F.
02 - Flatten each biscuit round into a flat circle shape.
03 - In the center of each disk, add a bit of shredded mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices.
04 - Wrap the dough completely around the filling and pinch the edges so it’s sealed shut.
05 - Brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle on garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
06 - Cook in the air fryer for 10-13 minutes at 375°F, until the surface is nicely browned.
07 - Serve warm and dunk in pizza sauce on the side.

# Extra Information:

01 - For more crispiness, cook a little longer, about 2-3 extra minutes.
02 - Double-check the edges are sealed tightly, so the cheese stays inside.
03 - Space bombs apart in the air fryer basket so they cook evenly.
