Set your oven to 350°F. While it heats up, grab a cookie sheet, line it with parchment, and keep it handy.

Stir together the baking powder and the cake mix in a medium-sized bowl until they're fully blended.

Drop in the eggs and vanilla, stirring until it starts looking like dough. Slowly add the melted butter and mix until everything is soft and sticky.

Carefully mix in your white chocolate chips by hand, making sure all those tiny bits are spread out evenly in the pink dough.

Roll about 1½ tablespoons of dough into a ball using your hands. Place them spaced apart on the lined cookie sheet, then bake for 8-10 minutes, just until they start to set.

As soon as the cookies come out, press a few extra white chocolate chips on top of each. Let them sit on the sheet for a couple minutes before moving them to a rack to cool all the way.
