Pecan Praline Caramel Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 3 large eggs
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1 cup water
05 - 1 box butter pecan cake mix

→ Caramel Filling

06 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1 cup caramel sauce

→ Topping

08 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
11 - 1/2 cup crushed pralines (optional)
12 - 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Stir together cake mix, water, oil, sour cream, and eggs for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
02 - Blend condensed milk with caramel sauce. Make holes in the warm cake and pour this mixture over it.
03 - Whip up heavy cream with vanilla and powdered sugar until it gets stiff.
04 - After the cake is cool, spread whipped cream on top. Add toasted pecans and crushed pralines for garnish.
05 - Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Add a caramel drizzle on top before slicing, if you like.
02 - You can swap whipped cream with store-bought for convenience.
