Set your oven to 350°F and grease up a 13x9 pan.

Beat together the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until they’re light and bubbly after a couple of minutes. Add the oil, salt, and then stir in the flour.

Gently fold the pecans into the mixture, then pour everything into the prepared pan.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the edges turn golden and the center is fully set.

Let it cool in the pan before slicing it into 24 squares. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you'd like.
