Cheese and Pea Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - ½ cup radishes, sliced thinly
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes (about 1/2-inch)
03 - 2 large hard-boiled eggs, diced up
04 - 1 cup celery, chopped into small pieces
05 - 4 cups peas, fresh or thawed from frozen
06 - ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

→ For the Dressing

07 - 1 tsp. ground mustard powder
08 - 1 cup mayo
09 - 1 tsp. sugar for sweetness
10 - 3 Tbsp. relish made from sweet pickles
11 - 1 tsp. seasoned salt for extra flavor

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, combine your thawed peas, celery, chopped eggs, cubed cheese, radishes, and green onions. Stir them gently to create a colorful salad base.
02 - Grab a small bowl and whisk together the mayo, sweet pickle relish, ground mustard, sugar, and the seasoned salt until the mixture is nice and smooth.
03 - Pour the dressing on top of your mixed salad base. Stir gently so every piece gets coated without smashing the peas.
04 - Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. This gives time for the flavors to mingle and the salad to cool perfectly.

# Notes:

01 - If starting with frozen peas, fully thaw and drain them first.
02 - For the best taste, prepare it a day before serving.
03 - Great for BBQs, summer picnics, or potluck gatherings.
