Chicken Pasta Primavera (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded.
02 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes.
03 - 8 oz farfalle noodles.
04 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon oil (olive preferred).
06 - 10 oz diced chicken breast.
07 - 1 teaspoon seasoning mix (Italian style).
08 - Salt and black pepper as you like.
09 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers.
10 - 1 cup asparagus, cut into chunks (about 2 inches).
11 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
12 - 1 cup tiny broccoli pieces.
13 - 1 cup grated carrots.
14 - Optional: lemon slices for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil farfalle till just tender (check package tips).
02 - Season and sauté chicken chunks for 5-7 mins till fully cooked.
03 - Start with garlic, then stir-fry veggies for approx. 5 mins till lightly cooked.
04 - Toss tomatoes into the pan with chicken and pasta, warming for 2-3 mins.
05 - Sprinkle basil and Parmesan on top. Pair with lemon slices if you’d like.
