Tender chicken mixed with cranberry and orange for a tangy-sweet glaze. Ideal for celebrations or relaxed gatherings.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 large orange, juiced and zested
02 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
03 - 4 chicken thighs or breasts, skinless and boneless
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 cup cranberries, fresh

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - ½ cup water or chicken broth
09 - 1 teaspoon rosemary or thyme (fresh preferred, dried works too)

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
11 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Season your chicken with a sprinkle of salt, some pepper, and a bit of thyme or rosemary. For extra flavor, let it rest for 30 minutes if you can.
02 - Heat up a pan with olive oil on medium-high. Give the chicken a sear until it's golden and crisp, around 4-6 minutes per side. Set it aside once done.
03 - Toss garlic into the same pan and cook until it smells amazing. Then drop in cranberries, orange juice and zest, and maple syrup. Let it bubble gently until the cranberries pop and the sauce becomes thick, roughly 5-7 minutes.
04 - Put the chicken back in and pour the broth around it. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken. Cover it up and let it simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes until it's fully cooked at 165°F inside.
05 - Dish up the chicken and drizzle that beautiful sauce over it. Sprinkle on some orange zest or a little fresh herb if you're feeling fancy.

# Extra Information:

01 - Both frozen and fresh cranberries work perfectly
02 - Feel free to swap honey out for maple syrup
03 - Fits well for fancy dinners or festive meals
