Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound baby potatoes, cut in half.
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - 1/2 cup garlic parmesan wing sauce.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter.
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped up.
09 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins or breasts, diced.
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F so it heats up in time.
02 - Cut chicken into small, bite-sized chunks.
03 - Coat chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl.
04 - In another bowl, toss the potato halves with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - Stir together paprika, poultry seasoning, and pepper until blended.
06 - Sprinkle half the seasoning mix over the chicken and the rest over the potatoes.
07 - Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them for 20 minutes.
08 - In a skillet, cook the seasoned chicken for 7–10 minutes until it's fully cooked.
09 - Put the butter and garlic in the skillet with the chicken.
10 - Add the roasted potatoes into the skillet and stir everything together.
11 - Turn off the stove and pour in the wing sauce.
12 - Sprinkle the cheese on top, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 5 minutes.
