# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dry spice mix

01 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
02 - 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
03 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 2 teaspoons salt
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon chili powder

09 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar

→ Meat & other stuff

10 - 240 ml barbecue sauce
11 - 3 tablespoons water
12 - 1.8 kg boneless beef country ribs

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Take the foil off, brush ribs with barbecue sauce and toss them back in the oven for 30 minutes. Want a sticky outside? Go wild with the broiler for about 4–5 minutes.
02 - Wrap the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for two and a half hours.
03 - Pop the ribs in a 9x13 inch baking dish, rub that spice mix on both sides, and pour the water in the dish.
04 - Toss all your spices together in a small bowl so they mix up well.
05 - Crank your oven up to 150°C (about 300°F) top and bottom heat.

# Extra Information:

01 - Blasting the ribs under the broiler at the end makes the crust extra tasty.
