Mozzarella Croissant Rolls (Printable Recipe Version)

Crispy, buttery croissant rolls packed with pepperoni and cheese. They bake up fast—perfect for hanging out or casual munching with friends.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - Sprinkle of Italian seasoning for the top

02 - 32 slices of pepperoni
03 - 4 mozzarella sticks, each cut in half
04 - 1 tube of crescent dough (makes 8 triangles)

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Let them sit for a couple minutes before you dig in.
02 - Pop the rolls in and bake until you see the tops turn golden and the cheese looks gooey, about 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - Right before baking, dust a bit of Italian seasoning on top if you want.
04 - Start at the thick end and roll up each triangle, making sure the cheese is tucked in.
05 - At the fat end of each triangle, pile on 4 pieces of pepperoni and half a stick of mozzarella.
06 - Tear apart the crescent dough so you get 8 triangles.
07 - Turn your oven on to 190°C and put down some parchment on a baking sheet.
