Pop the rolls in and bake until you see the tops turn golden and the cheese looks gooey, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Right before baking, dust a bit of Italian seasoning on top if you want.

Start at the thick end and roll up each triangle, making sure the cheese is tucked in.

At the fat end of each triangle, pile on 4 pieces of pepperoni and half a stick of mozzarella.
