In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and oil in 20-second intervals, stirring after each time until smooth.

Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat. Tap off any excess and place the balls back on the parchment-lined sheet. Garnish with sprinkles, extra Oreo crumbs, or drizzle with more melted chocolate while still wet.
