Dirty Martini Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 100g feta cheese, diced into cubes (or try blue cheese crumbles)
02 - 1 cup large green olives, pitted and chopped up
03 - 1/2 pound of your favorite pasta

→ Dressing

04 - Black pepper, add as much as you’d like
05 - The juice of 1/4 of a lemon
06 - Zest from half a lemon
07 - 1 clove of garlic, freshly chopped
08 - 1/4 cup of brine from the olives
09 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the pasta package to cook it in boiling, lightly salted water. Once done, drain it and rinse it well with cold water.
02 - Grab a mason jar and toss in the olive oil, brine, chopped garlic, zest, a little lemon juice, and black pepper. Put the lid on and give it a good shake until it all comes together.
03 - Use a big bowl to mix the pasta, chopped olives, and cubes of feta. Drizzle the dressing over everything and mix it up until it's all coated. Taste it and adjust with lemon juice, salt, or extra pepper if needed.

# Notes:

01 - Go easy on the pasta water’s salt since the brine and cheese are salty
02 - Chill it for at least half an hour before digging in
03 - Put leftovers in an airtight container—it’ll stay fresh for up to 3 days
