04 - 4 chicken breasts without skin or bones
05 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

09 - 10 oz (300g) of bowtie pasta
10 - 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan
11 - 1 cup (240ml) of heavy cream

→ Oils & Fats

12 - Two tablespoons of butter
13 - Two tablespoons of olive oil

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Boil salted water, then cook the bowtie pasta as directed on the package. Strain it and set it aside.
02 - Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on the chicken. Heat olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides for 5-7 minutes each until golden brown. Add a bit of lemon juice at the end.
03 - Use the same pan. Melt butter and brown the garlic a little. Add heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer. Mix in Parmesan cheese and lemon zest until the sauce becomes creamy and thick.
04 - Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce. Stir in the parsley and check the taste—adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
05 - Slice the chicken and lay it on top of the creamy pasta mix. Add a little extra parsley on top if you'd like.
