Korean Ground Beef Bowl (Printable Recipe Version)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Beef

01 - 1 lb of ground beef (aim for 80/20)
02 - Season with a little salt and pepper

→ Sauce & Seasonings

03 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
04 - 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
05 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
06 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
07 - 1 tbsp sesame oil

→ Base & Toppings

08 - A sprinkle of sesame seeds to decorate
09 - Optional extras like kimchi, cucumber slices, or a fried egg
10 - 2 cups rice, already cooked
11 - Extra green onions to sprinkle on top

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Follow the instructions on the rice package to make 2 cups of cooked rice. Don’t forget to rinse it beforehand!
02 - Over medium-high heat, crumble the beef into a big pan and cook until browned, roughly 5–7 minutes.
03 - Toss out any extra grease. Stir in garlic and ginger, then cook for 1–2 minutes until you smell the amazing aroma.
04 - Mix in sesame oil, soy sauce, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let everything cook together for a couple of minutes.
05 - Scoop some rice into bowls, top it off with the beef mixture. Sprinkle on sesame seeds, green onions, and the toppings you like best.
