01 - 680 g chicken wings, skin on

→ Marinade

02 - 45 ml soy sauce
03 - 30 ml tamari sauce
04 - 30 ml honey
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

07 - 15 g sesame seeds
08 - 2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine chicken wings with soy sauce, tamari, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, and sesame seeds in a suitable container. Seal and shake to coat thoroughly. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
03 - Place marinated wings, skin-side up, on the prepared tray. Pour any leftover marinade over the wings. Bake in the oven for 25–35 minutes until golden, caramelized, and slightly crisp at the edges.
04 - Transfer the baked wings to a serving plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped spring onions. Serve immediately.
