Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Combine chicken wings with soy sauce, tamari, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, and sesame seeds in a suitable container. Seal and shake to coat thoroughly. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Place marinated wings, skin-side up, on the prepared tray. Pour any leftover marinade over the wings. Bake in the oven for 25–35 minutes until golden, caramelized, and slightly crisp at the edges.

Transfer the baked wings to a serving plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped spring onions. Serve immediately.
