02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - ½ cup cornstarch
08 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

→ Hot Honey Garlic Sauce

09 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons honey
12 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
14 - ½ cup hot water
15 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

→ Optional Toppings

16 - Chopped green onions
17 - Red pepper flakes

# Steps to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until evenly coated.
02 - Add the cornstarch to a separate bowl and coat each marinated shrimp until fully covered.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
04 - In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and hot water. In the same skillet, pour the sauce mixture. Stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly.
05 - Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until fully coated.
06 - Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes, if desired.

# Extra Information:

01 - For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red chili flakes. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
