Shrimp, honey, garlic, and butter come together with broccoli for a fresh and tasty bite.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Sauce

01 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
02 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
03 - 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
05 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
06 - 1/2 cup honey

→ Seafood and Veggies

07 - Salt and pepper, use as much as you like
08 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
09 - 2 cups (about 10 oz) broccoli florets, cut up
10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, uncooked

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Stir broccoli into the shrimp and sauce and heat everything together. Put it all over pasta or rice if you want.
02 - Pour the sauce with cornstarch into the pan and simmer it on medium heat 2–3 minutes until it gets a little thick.
03 - Drop butter in the pan, set in the shrimp with the marinade, and cook for about 2 minutes per side until nice and pink. Skip the leftover marinade.
04 - Crank the stove to high and heat a big skillet or wok. Splash in olive oil, toss in the broccoli, season well, and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes till it's tender. Scoop it out and keep it handy.
05 - Toss shrimp in a bowl, add a third of your sauce, and gently mix. Stir cornstarch into the leftover sauce and set it aside.
06 - Blend together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Make sure it's all nice and mixed.

# Extra Information:

01 - Don’t cook shrimp too long or they’ll get tough. Turn up the chili flakes for more heat if you like things spicy.
