Stir broccoli into the shrimp and sauce and heat everything together. Put it all over pasta or rice if you want.

Pour the sauce with cornstarch into the pan and simmer it on medium heat 2–3 minutes until it gets a little thick.

Drop butter in the pan, set in the shrimp with the marinade, and cook for about 2 minutes per side until nice and pink. Skip the leftover marinade.

Crank the stove to high and heat a big skillet or wok. Splash in olive oil, toss in the broccoli, season well, and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes till it's tender. Scoop it out and keep it handy.

Toss shrimp in a bowl, add a third of your sauce, and gently mix. Stir cornstarch into the leftover sauce and set it aside.

Blend together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Make sure it's all nice and mixed.
