Holiday Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 3 cups of white chocolate pieces.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure).
04 - 1 tablespoon of plain unsalted butter.
05 - 1 1/4 cups pre-made sugar cookie mix (like Betty Crocker).
06 - 3/4 cup festive sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Take a square 9x9 or 8x8 pan, line it with parchment, and give it a quick spray with oil.
02 - In a medium pan, toss in the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, butter, and condensed milk. Heat it gently on medium.
03 - Once fully melted and smooth, take the pan off the heat, then mix in the sprinkles (about half of them) and vanilla.
04 - Pour the mixture into your lined pan, then sprinkle the rest of the festive sprinkles on top.
05 - Stick the pan in the fridge for an hour or until fully firm, then slice it into squares.
