# Ingredients:

01 - Relish (sweet pickle)
02 - Dijon mustard
03 - Soft, unsalted butter

→ Filling

04 - Ham slices (deli-style)
05 - Swiss cheese pieces
06 - Sweet Hawaiian rolls

→ Topping

07 - Butter (melted)
08 - Poppy seeds for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Mix the butter, mustard, and relish to make the spread.
02 - Slice rolls, stack on cheese and ham, then smear your spread onto the roll tops.
03 - Place roll tops back on, coat generously with melted butter, and scatter poppy seeds over them.
04 - Bake until they look golden, about 15-18 minutes. Let them sit for 5 minutes before serving.
