Turkey Brie Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup baby arugula leaves
02 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
03 - 12 ounces Brie cheese, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
04 - 8-12 slices turkey breast
05 - 4 croissants

# Instructions:

01 - Cut croissants in half, spread cranberry on each side. Stack turkey, arugula, and Brie.
02 - Fire up your panini press or a grill pan. Coat with oil or spray so food doesn't stick.
03 - Cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing them down so the cheese melts and the bread gets crunchy.
