06 - ⅓ cup breadcrumbs

→ Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients

12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
15 - ½ cucumber, grated and drained
16 - 1 clove garlic, minced
17 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
18 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, stir together turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend evenly without overmixing. Form small, round meatballs.
02 - Pick your method: Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F, air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, or pan-cook for 4-5 minutes each side.
03 - Using a grater, shred the cucumber. Remove extra water by squeezing it with paper towels or cheesecloth.
04 - In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it chill to boost flavor.
05 - Serve warm meatballs alongside a big scoop of tzatziki. Works nicely with rice or pita bread.

# Notes:

01 - You can cook these meatballs in the oven, a skillet, or an air fryer.
02 - Squeezing the cucumber dry helps make a thick sauce.
03 - Can be prepped in advance—stores well for days.
