Easy Gooey Marshmallow Cookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ⅔ cups flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - 1 cup butter, softened
05 - ½ cup granulated sugar
06 - ¾ cup brown sugar
07 - 2 eggs
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 9 marshmallows
10 - ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
02 - In another bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
04 - Transfer the cookie dough to an airtight container and refrigerate for 24 hours.
05 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
06 - Take portions of the chilled dough, flatten them in your hands, place a marshmallow in the center, and seal the dough around it. Repeat until all dough is used.
07 - Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles and semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
09 - Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
