01 -
Pour any leftover parmesan-garlic butter from the air fryer over your skewers while they're still hot. You can sprinkle on some chopped parsley, a bit more parmesan, or add a squeeze of fresh lemon if you want.
02 -
Toss the skewers in the air fryer at 175°C for five minutes. Pull them out, slap on more butter, cook for another five, then repeat that one more time for a total of 15 minutes until they're browned and done inside. If you’ve got more than fits at once, just keep doing batches.
03 -
Coat every skewer all over with your garlic-parmesan butter and cover every bit.
04 -
Stick 6 to 7 chicken pieces close together onto each wooden skewer and keep it up until you’re out of chicken. Sprinkle your salt and pepper all over each one evenly.
05 -
Grab some wooden sticks and snip them to fit your air fryer. Kitchen or poultry scissors work fine.
06 -
Let your butter get soft in a medium bowl. Toss in the grated garlic, parmesan, lemon zest and juice, chili flakes, and salt, then stir it up till it's all mixed. If it firms up as it sits, that’s not a problem.
