Garlic Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 chicken thighs with bone and skin intact

→ Fats & Oils

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)

→ Herbs & Aromatics

04 - Minced garlic from 4 cloves
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary

→ Seasonings

07 - A dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
08 - A teaspoon of paprika

→ Optional Ingredients

09 - Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
10 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Use paper towels to dry the chicken thighs, then sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
02 - Warm the olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Place the chicken skin-side down for 5-7 minutes for a crispy texture before flipping and cooking the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
03 - Lower the heat to medium-low. Melt the butter, toss in the minced garlic, and cook until it smells amazing. Stir in the rosemary and thyme next.
04 - Put the chicken back in the skillet with the skin facing up, coat it with the sauce, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken's internal temperature hits 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Drying chicken lets the skin get crispy.
02 - Pair it with mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies roasted in the oven!
