Garlic Baby Potatoes (Printable Recipe Version)

Soft baby potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce. Quick, flavor-packed, and perfect with any meal.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 450 grams (1 lb) small potatoes, cleaned and cut in half
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp butter
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - Half a cup of rich cream
06 - A quarter cup of Parmesan, grated
07 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley leaves
08 - Season with some salt and fresh pepper to your liking

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Crank up your oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a baking tray with a sheet of parchment so nothing sticks.
02 - Put the halved potatoes in a big dish. Drizzle on olive oil, sprinkle salt, and grind fresh pepper. Mix until well coated, then arrange on the prepared tray with some space between each piece.
03 - Slide the tray into the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes. Flip them once midway to make sure both sides crisp up perfectly.
04 - While the potatoes roast, heat butter in a frying pan over medium. Add the minced garlic, stirring for a minute or two until it smells heavenly.
05 - Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes. It should start to thicken and turn luscious.
06 - Take the skillet off the stove. Add Parmesan and stir until it dissolves fully into the sauce, giving it a smooth texture.
07 - Remove your crispy potatoes from the oven and place them in a serving bowl. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top and sprinkle a little parsley as the final touch. Serve right away while warm.

# Extra Information:

01 - Swap out heavy cream for half-and-half if you want a lighter option.
02 - Toss in a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy twist to the sauce.
