# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of all-purpose flour
02 - 1 egg
03 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
04 - A tiny pinch of salt
05 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
06 - 2 tablespoons of white sugar
07 - 6 tablespoons of butter, melted down
08 - 2 cups of milk
09 - Cooking oil, enough for frying
10 - Powdered sugar for dusting

→ For Serving (Optional)

11 - Fresh fruit
12 - Whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk, vanilla, and butter until well blended.
02 - Next, toss in the sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix it up well.
03 - Slowly add the flour, stirring until you’ve got a smooth, lump-free batter.
04 - Carefully transfer the batter to a large plastic Ziplock bag. Let it sit for a short while.
05 - Pour enough oil into a frying pan to make it about half an inch deep. Turn the heat to high for 2 minutes, then lower it to medium.
06 - Drop a small dab of batter in the pan—if you see bubbles forming, your oil is ready to go. If not, let it heat up a little more.
07 - Make a small cut in the corner of the bag, then pipe the batter into the oil in circles. Fry until golden brown underneath.
08 - Using a metal slotted spatula, carefully flip the pieces and fry the other side till it’s golden brown.
09 - Lay the cooked bites on paper towels to soak up extra oil. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top for sweetness.
10 - For a final touch, add whipped cream or some fresh fruit on top, then dig in!

# Notes:

01 - These tiny funnel cake bites are a hit at celebrations or as a sugary snack.
02 - Keep an eye on your oil temperature—it makes all the difference! If the oil’s too cool, the batter will be greasy. Too hot? It’ll burn.
03 - Eat them while they’re warm and crispy for the best flavor.
