Turn your oven on to 350°F. Get an 8x8 pan ready by spraying it with non-stick spray or lining it with parchment paper.

Stir oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl until they're all mixed up.

Dump in the milk, maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix it well until everything blends together smoothly.

Carefully stir the chocolate chips into the batter. Pour it into your prepared baking dish, and toss a handful of extra chips on top.
