Fudge Brownie Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted).
02 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar.
03 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
04 - 2 eggs, large size.
05 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet).
09 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
10 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened).
11 - 1/3 cup heated fudge sauce.
12 - 1/4 cup tiny chocolate chips (optional for the top).
13 - Optional: powdered sugar or cocoa for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment to line a 9x5-inch loaf pan, then grease it lightly.
02 - Combine butter and both sugars in a bowl. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Gently fold in flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
03 - Start by pouring half the batter into the loaf pan. Drizzle fudge on top, and use a knife to swirl. Add the rest of the batter, giving it another swirl.
04 - Bake for roughly 50-55 minutes, checking with a toothpick for slightly sticky crumbs. Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too much.
05 - Let it cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a rack. If you'd like, sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar, or decorate with toppings.

# Notes:

01 - You can use hot fudge from scratch or buy it.
02 - Avoid mixing the batter too much.
