Cauliflower Parmesan Balls (Printable Recipe Version)

Bite-sized balls of cauliflower, Parmesan, and herbs, fried hot and tasty—great for snacking or as a side.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Frying

01 - Vegetable oil for deep frying

→ Eggs

02 - 2 eggs

→ Baking needs

03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 125 grams wheat flour

→ Spices and herbs

05 - A small bunch parsley, chopped
06 - 1 clove garlic, smashed
07 - A bit of salt
08 - A little black pepper

→ Vegetables

09 - 1 whole head cauliflower, cooked

→ Dairy

10 - 50 grams grated parmesan cheese

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Lift out the balls with a slotted spoon onto paper towels. Serve them right away if you want.
02 - Fry the cauliflower balls, giving them a turn every so often, for about three or four minutes. You want them crispy and brown.
03 - Heat your oil in a deep pan to about 175C. Scoop out spoonfuls of your mix and gently drop them into the hot oil.
04 - Now add the eggs, smashed garlic, parmesan, flour, baking powder, and chopped parsley to the cauliflower. Stir gently until it all comes together. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Chop up your cooked cauliflower really well using a stick blender or food processor. Dump all of it into a big bowl.
