Frito Pie Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef, lean.
02 - 1 diced small onion.
03 - One packet of taco seasoning.
04 - 2/3 cup of water.
05 - A 10 oz can of enchilada sauce.
06 - One 15 oz can of pinto beans (rinsed and drained).
07 - A 9.25 oz bag of Fritos chips.
08 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese mix.
09 - Chopped green onion.
10 - Sour cream, optional topping.
11 - Guacamole, optional topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch glass dish with non-stick spray.
02 - In a big skillet, cook beef and onions until browned, then drain any grease.
03 - Stir taco mix and water into the cooked beef, then let it simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring.
04 - Add pinto beans and enchilada sauce to the skillet and mix everything well.
05 - In your dish, add 4 cups of Fritos, then 1 cup of cheese. Spread the meat mixture over this and top with the last of the cheese.
06 - Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until it's bubbling and hot. Sprinkle on leftover Fritos before serving.

01 - Cool for a few minutes before digging in.
02 - Toss on toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or green onions.
03 - Hold back some Fritos for a crispy topping after baking.
