Spinach Feta Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil for frying
02 - 4 medium tortillas (whole wheat, gluten-free, or regular)
03 - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 2 cups roughly chopped fresh spinach

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - 1/2 cup diced grilled chicken
06 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
07 - 1/4 cup chopped black olives

# Instructions:

01 - Get your spinach chopped, feta crumbled, and any extras ready to go if you're using them.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat. Spread spinach and feta on one half and add your extras if you'd like. Fold it closed.
03 - Warm some butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each side of the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Slice into pieces and enjoy while they're still hot and tasty!
