11 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or pecans

13 - 1/2 cup green colored sugar

# Steps to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, beat the butter, oil, and confectioners' sugar until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in almond extract and food coloring until evenly incorporated.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
03 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll them in the green colored sugar. Place the balls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
04 - Bake cookies for 7-9 minutes or until just set. Allow them to cool for 1 minute on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks. Store in an airtight container once fully cooled.
