Farro Apple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Farro, uncooked
02 - Bouillon dissolved in water or plain veggie broth

→ Fresh Ingredients

03 - Chives, chopped fresh
04 - Honeycrisp apple, sliced thin
05 - Parsley, freshly chopped

→ Mix-ins

06 - Cranberries, dried
07 - Almonds, sliced

→ Dressing

08 - Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
09 - Extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Boil uncovered in broth for about half an hour
02 - Let it sit for no less than 15 minutes to cool down
03 - While farro cools, chop the herbs and slice the apple
04 - Mix everything in a bowl and drizzle with dressing

# Notes:

01 - Prep farro earlier if you want
02 - Stays good for 3 days in the fridge
03 - Apples won't brown in the mixture
