Set the air fryer to 400°F (205°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.

Spread about ¼ cup of ground beef evenly over a tortilla, pressing it to the edges. Repeat for remaining tortillas and meat. Lightly season with salt and spray with cooking spray.

Place the tortillas meat-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for about 5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the tortilla is crisp. Cook in batches if necessary.

Top each taco with a slice of cheese, then return to the air fryer (heat off) for about 1 minute to melt the cheese.

Remove tacos from the air fryer, add lettuce, pickles, and burger sauce as desired. Gently fold the tacos and serve immediately.
