Set your oven to 350°F to get it hot.

Brush 1 tablespoon of melted butter all over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Scatter the brown sugar on top of the butter.

Dump in the peaches with all the syrup. Spread them around.

Evenly sprinkle the cake mix so it covers the peaches.

Chop whatever butter is left into small chunks.

Place those butter chunks on top of the cake mix, making them as even as possible.

Pop it in the oven for 45 minutes until the surface looks golden and crispy.
