02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

→ Mushroom Gravy

08 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 1 cup beef broth
10 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
11 - 1/3 cup baby bella mushrooms
12 - 1/4 small sweet onion
13 - 2 tablespoons salted butter

→ Assembly

14 - Sliced green onions for garnish
15 - 4 eggs for frying
16 - 3 cups cooked long grain white rice

# Instructions:

01 - Pile up your rice, add a beef patty, pour mushroom gravy on top, drop a fried egg over it, then sprinkle on some green onions.
02 - Fry the eggs however you like, either over-easy or just sunny side up.
03 - Melt the butter, toss in the onions and mushrooms to cook for a bit, stir in the flour, then slowly whisk in beef broth and soy sauce until it’s like velvet.
04 - Mash together the beef, egg, and spices. Press out four thick patties and poke a dip in the middle. Sear them in oil for about three minutes on each side.

# Notes:

01 - You wanna eat it while it’s still piping hot
02 - Thumb marks in the patties mean they won’t puff up
03 - If the gravy’s lumpy, keep stirring till it’s creamy
