01 - 300 g Linguine Pasta
02 - 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
03 - 1 medium Yellow Onion
04 - 3 cloves Garlic
05 - ½ cup Dry White Wine
06 - 1 teaspoon Saffron
07 - 1 cup Heavy Cream
08 - Salt and Pepper to taste

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Boil a large pot of salted water for the pasta while making the sauce.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Cook them in the oil until the onion is soft.
