Soften the rolls by leaving them on the counter for about 20 minutes. They should be easy to handle.

Combine eggs, cream, and seasonings, then whisk together. Cook gently until set, and stir in the sausage pieces.

Flatten each roll into a circle, place eggs and cheese inside the center, then fold edges up. Pinch to seal with a dab of water.

Coat each sealed dough ball in the bagel seasoning, arrange them on your baking tray, and let rise for 30 minutes under a cover.

Put them 2 inches apart on the sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
