# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 breakfast sausages, fully cooked
02 - 12 frozen rolls, not thawed

→ Egg Mixture

03 - 8 large eggs
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup bagel seasoning blend
09 - 6 cheddar cheese slices

# Instructions:

01 - Soften the rolls by leaving them on the counter for about 20 minutes. They should be easy to handle.
02 - Combine eggs, cream, and seasonings, then whisk together. Cook gently until set, and stir in the sausage pieces.
03 - Flatten each roll into a circle, place eggs and cheese inside the center, then fold edges up. Pinch to seal with a dab of water.
04 - Coat each sealed dough ball in the bagel seasoning, arrange them on your baking tray, and let rise for 30 minutes under a cover.
05 - Put them 2 inches apart on the sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
