Easter Cadbury Egg Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Pinch of kosher salt
02 - 1 drop yellow food coloring
03 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon milk
05 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces melted milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Mix corn syrup and butter until combined. Stir in vanilla, sugar, milk, and salt. Divide mix, tint one half yellow.
02 - Spread half the chocolate in your lined pan. Add the white layer, then the yellow one. Cover with the rest of the chocolate.
03 - Chill for 30 minutes to firm up. Use a warm knife to slice into smaller squares.

01 - Cut cleanly using a warmed-up knife
02 - Swap milk chocolate for semi-sweet if you prefer
03 - Skip food coloring if unwanted
