Egg Macaroni Mix (Printable Recipe Version)

01 - Chopped green onions

02 - 1 pound Ditalini or salad macaroni
03 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
04 - 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - Salt and pepper, add as much as you like
07 - 2-3 stalks celery, finely diced
08 - 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
09 - 1/2 cup pimientos, drained
10 - 6 hard-boiled eggs
11 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
12 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
13 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Sprinkle on some chopped green onions, then keep it cold until you're ready to eat.
02 - Gently fold in the egg slices, being careful so they don't fall apart.
03 - Toss the cooled pasta with the mix and make sure everything is well coated.
04 - Grab a big bowl and whip together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, relish, celery, olives, pimientos, dill, paprika, and some salt and pepper until it looks smooth.
05 - Boil eggs until hard, cool them down with cold water, peel, and slice.
06 - Follow the directions on your pasta box to cook the noodles in a ton of salty water. Drain well, then let them cool all the way.

# Extra Information:

01 - If you want a bolder flavor, try swapping in dill relish or tiny bits of pickle. Green olives or diced red peppers are also nice to toss in.
