# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Wrap Base

06 - 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

→ Fillings

08 - 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
09 - 1 cup canned corn kernels, drained
10 - 1 large tomato, diced
11 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced
12 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Sauce & Toppings

13 - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
14 - 1/4 cup salsa (your preferred heat level)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the olive oil, taco seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with this mixture, making sure to cover all sides.
02 - Heat up your skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should hit 165°F). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat on your work surface. Spread about a tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of salsa in the center, leaving some room around the edges.
04 - Start with a sprinkle of cheese (it helps everything stick together), then add some chicken strips, black beans, corn, diced tomato, avocado slices, and finish with a pinch of fresh cilantro.
05 - Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up while keeping everything tucked in tightly. Think of wrapping a burrito! Repeat for all four wraps.
06 - Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve right away. Feel free to add some extra salsa or guacamole on the side for dipping.
