Mix up the mayo, grated garlic, dill, and fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Stir until it’s all smooth.

Give the fillets a nice spray of avocado oil and pop them into the oven. Let them bake in the middle for 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.

Take each fillet and turn it in the flour mix, dunk into the beaten eggs, then press well into the crushed chips on both sides. Lay them out on the baking tray.

Mix flour, garlic powder, and dill in a shallow bowl. In a different bowl, beat the eggs. Spread the crushed chips out on a plate.

Pat the tilapia dry with a paper towel and sprinkle both sides with sea salt and pepper.

Heat up your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line your sheet pan with baking paper.
