# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 6-8 tablespoons of oil for frying.
02 - 2 beaten eggs.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne.
04 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
05 - 65g of panko crumbs.
06 - 2 teaspoons ground paprika.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 35g of plain flour.
11 - 200g of feta cheese, crumbled.
12 - 2 chicken breasts (roughly 500g or 18oz total).
13 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
14 - 1/3 cup of honey.
15 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce.
16 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Combine the honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Give it a quick warm-up, then let it sit to cool.
02 - Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to get 4 thinner pieces. Toss together the spices.
03 - In separate bowls, place seasoned flour, the eggs, and panko mixed with some seasonings.
04 - Dip chicken pieces first in flour, then the egg, and finally press them into the breadcrumbs.
05 - Using hot oil, fry chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and done.
06 - Sprinkle some crumbled feta on top and broil until golden and bubbly.
